Recommended shampoo use: Generously apply shampoo to wet hair, concentrating on the scalp. Gently massage into the scalp for a few minutes. Then, apply to mid-hair shaft and ends only for the last couple seconds. Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner.

Recommended conditioner use: Apply generously to the mid-shaft and ends of the hair avoiding the scalp. Detangle hair if needed while the conditioner is in the hair starting at the bottom and working your way up to the scalp. Let it sit several minutes for therapeutic benefits to absorb and rinse.
